If you are a mexican within Mexico, it is $700. If you are outside of Mexico, it is $55 USD. You can schedule and pay online right here.

It varies according to each person and process, it is not necessarily always once a week as you have the idea. The recommended frequency can be discussed at the end of the first session. As a base, 3 sessions are suggested, once a week, and from there see progress and if spacing is recommended, every 15 days and eventually space it out until closure.
Remember that it is a space for you, you can consider talking about what you want to attend to in therapy, what you would like to change or work on, set limits and expectations in session, what has worked or not worked for you before in other processes, what is missing or you need. On the other hand, it is not a fixed or structured process, start with your first session and we will talk about it.
In general, it is a space where you can learn from yourself, not feel judged, you can talk about what it has cost you to express and free yourself, you will feel understood, listened to, seen, and with the return of new perspectives to feel more motivated and inspired by yourself. You will learn to manage emotions, take care of your thoughts, and focus on your priorities and create a healthy balance.
It is from brief systemic therapy, where we use tools from the narrative, strategic, focused on solutions.
On the other hand, I specialize in psycho-traumatology, where it is of vital importance that the patient receives psychoeducation, and perceives 3 aspects in their process: control, understanding, and search for meaning.
